Parfait Homes

Parfait Homes is a design agency based in both Birmingham and Cardiff. With a vast range of house designs and extensions that have been constructed across South Wales and The Midlands. However the agency lacked a design identity, focusing itself on it's home design and selling the designs at various trade shows with a basic logo created on AutoCAD. A logo identity system was created for Parfait homes, formed of a logo and wordmark, of which the logo resembles a roof structure over arching the staggered wordmark. This logo system illustrates the nature of the business. In addition the logo can be used separately from the wordmark to create watermarks or other design features. The colours used were from the existing pallet being used.
