The project was to design and identity for an association of leaseholders for a residential complex in Hampton-in-Arden. The blocks, built in 1969 comprise of 13 two and three bedroom apartments surrounded by landscaping and garages in a picturesque village. In order to create an appropriate visual identity, the design of the buildings themselves were used, along with a font system designed around the same time period to tie the identity all together. The final illustration was designed in both colour and black and white formats so it could be adaptable for future use. The client chose the black and white version for it's simplicity and versatility, to use on the front cover of an official residential pack and various ad-hoc signage for the communal areas.
